Youth Culture Program Registration Form
Please fill out the following registration form to reserve space in any of our Social Essence classes.
Registration fees are $25 for each class and are non-refundable. Tuition fees vary by class. We require one-half of the tuition at registration or by one month prior to the start of class with the remaining balance due at the first class. Tuition is non-refundable inside one month of the class start date.
If you wish to register by mail and pay by check, please print out the registration form available on the confirmation page (the page after you hit the submit button). We also offer the use of PayPal or credit card payment for your convenience.
